Housing Element
The Housing element is a required element of a City's General Plan and must be updated every five years. This 7th Cycle Housing element covers the timeframe 2024-2029 and includes goals, policies, and programs that address the maintenance, preservation, improvement and development of housing in the City of Tehama.
