General Plan
The City’s General Plan provides a blueprint for long term growth and developing within the City. The General Plan includes elements focused on land use, circulation, housing, safety, open space, resources, and noise.
Adopted Elements:
-Housing Element (2020). The City’s Housing Element was approved by the California Housing and Community Development Division on October 15, 2020.
-Safety Element (2022). The City’s Safety Element was adopted by the City Council on January 11, 2022.
-General Plan 2045 (2022 Update). The City's General Plan was adopted by the City Council on December 13, 2022.
